The light here is soft and generous, the same light that drew painters for a century, and it falls kindly on old chateaux and dry-stone farmhouses alike. There is the scent of herbs on the wind and the hum of cicadas through the heat of the day. We film in Provence for its ease and its warmth, letting the countryside and the slow rhythm of a French celebration set the pace. We begin with a long conversation about who you are and how the day should feel, then map your timeline against the Provencal light and the unhurried rhythm of a country celebration. We coordinate with your planner and estate in advance so the logistics are settled before we arrive.

On the Day
We work unobtrusively, reading the day as it unfolds from a slow morning to the long light of evening. Our small team captures full 4K and clean native audio while staying out of your guests' experience.

The Final Film
Over the following eight to twelve weeks we hand-grade and edit your film so its colour and pace feel true to Provence and to you. You receive an editorial-length film and a photographic collection, finished with the same care throughout.

Are you based in Provence?
No, we are based in South Africa and travel to Provence for a limited number of weddings each year. Destination filming is a core part of what we do, and we plan the logistics carefully so our being international is invisible on your day.
Can you film in the lavender fields?
Yes, when the season allows. Lavender typically blooms from roughly late June into July, so we plan your portrait sessions and timeline around the bloom and the golden-hour light where the fields are part of your vision.
How far in advance should we book?
Because we take only a limited number of destination weddings a year, we recommend enquiring as early as you can, ideally once your Provence date and venue are confirmed. Summer dates in lavender season fill quickly.
What do we receive and when?
You receive a hand-graded editorial film and a photographic collection, delivered over eight to twelve weeks after the wedding. Everything is captured in 4K with native audio and finished by the same small team throughout.
